After more than 15 years in a management role at a Fortune 100 company, Jacob cultivated a passion for helping corporate professionals navigate the workplace and develop better habits for managing stress. Jacob is a certified professional strengths coach with Gallup and certified meditation instructor with the Yoga Alliance Australia. Based in Boston, Jacob is a lifelong learner and professional student in the Liberal Arts program at Harvard University |
